AFC is the Prime for the Registration Desk Services contract for the National Mine Health and Safety Academy (NMHSA) in Beaver, WV. AFC provides the labor, supervision and materials required to support the Registration Desk Services (RDS) contract , to serve the students attending courses and assist other Federal Government agency personnel at the NMHSA. AFC’s Registration Desk support staff assist incoming students in registration, room assignment, key issuance, etc.

Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) – Artesia, NM

AFC is the Prime for the Student Support Services contract for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, NM. AFC specializes in providing a broad range of facility operations and maintenance services associated with Base Operation and Support Services (BOSS) requirements. Very broadly, this includes: maintenance and repair of facilities equipment such as electrical motors & associated systems; pneumatic small arms targeting system repairs and installation; Audio Visual equipment installation and repairs; Law Enforcement vehicle repairs; logistics support services; transportation services; recycling services and administrative support.

Currently, AFC oversees 11 functional areas under the Student Support Services contract which serves anywhere from 400-1100 students monthly.

Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) – Fort Polk, LA

AFC has provided the US Military with a turn-key solution for the Cultural Role Player (CRP) requirement at JRTC. For 8 years, AFC's experienced and client focused Program Management team supported all the Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MREs) conducted at JRTC. AFC's mission at JRTC was to provide specialized cultural staffing to support live military training scenarios just prior to troop deployment, to present an optimized, holistic, and effective process to prepare US soldiers to promote and protect democracy worldwide. AFC is uniquely qualified and successful at recruiting and placing CRP’s, Foreign Language Speakers, Translators, Interpreters and cultural Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into a variety of simulated indigenous roles.

AFC provided training support services include:

• Military Interpreters/Translators (Pashto/Dari/Arabic/Kurdish/Korean/Tagalog)

Defense offset obligations remain a large burden to U.S. defense industries. Through partnership with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), AFC has been working closely with defense companies to identify DAPA approved products and services that can fulfill these offset requirements.
